We helped pass a landmark public health disclosure ordinance in the City of Berkeley with the assistance of Harvard Law Professor Lawrence Lessig. The law was upheld in Federal Court and mandates cell phone health disclosure advisories at the point of sale.
We helped force the California Department of Public Health to release an internal document warning of cell phone risks. It took eight years, but it was finally released to the public after a lawsuit.
We helped stopped the rollout of 5G cell phone towers across California by convincing Governor Brown that the CTIA was overreaching in their attempt to bypass local jurisdictions. We also educated lawmakers on the detrimental health effects of 5G cell towers on homes and in front of schools. The law was passed, but then vetoed by the Governor after intense lobbying efforts.
